On another note I bled the clutch and she feels great! Incase some of you didnt read what it is its a ACT 2900 6 puck sprung disk. I also have a ss clutch line I installed from master to slave.

Not too much farther now. I need some fluid and my radiator fabbed up and then just a few more loose ends and I might be ready to fire her up!

Re: GsXtUrBo98's 2G project thread

Got all the lines all buttoned up and its ready for some fluid that I picked up today after work. Cocktail for the tranny and t case, oil, and have yet to get coolent for the whole system.

I'm just waiting for my radiator that I dropped off at Primo to get the outlet rewelded in the 1g location to get it off my exhaust manifold. Also need some trottle body gaskets then just hook up the intercooler pipes and I think I'm about ready to start her up! I still need exhaust work done but I have the downpipe on it atleast. Little things hear and there but it will be enough to start it up

Got the radiator from primo, great job guys! Also, put the car together yesturday except the intercooler piping I need to order 2 couplers.. I primed the car and it sounded good for not starting.. also means I hooked up the wires correctly!

Re: GsXtUrBo98's 2G project thread

Well, I got a new slim fan for the passenger side since my stocker wont fit anymore... While I was wiring up my old one so it will be a puller, the wires fell out of the motor..... It was mounted in the engine bay on the driver side with only a small amount of space between the fan/wires and my turbo setup. In the end it melted the wires and made them brittle so when I was holding on to you FAN ( not the wires ) the wires just fell off :frown:. Anyways, I'm going to get another new one now.FML...

The VSRF front mount that MAP no longer has featured on there site SUCKS A$$! the core is great but the piping and couplers is a whole different story.. In the end I'm suprised that anything worked, but after cutting my core pipe a small amount it fits fine. Also, needed some new couplers as the kit also failed in this department aswell.. So I ordered some from MAP since I was already there. They will be here soon and the car will run. Hopefully....

Re: GsXtUrBo98's 2G project thread

With building a car like you are trying to, it is going be next to impossible to have all of the pipes bolt right up to all of the different parts on your car you should figure that in the first place. More photos.

Re: GsXtUrBo98's 2G project thread

I'll Go take some quick and get back to you. Also, I'm not the only one that had problems with this kit. Nick (cornfed2.4) has the same kit as me and had trouble with it.
