ugh, i still havn't got a room booked, every time i call the hotel all i get is a ring ring, and nobody answers, i have tried multiple times, during different times of the day, and night.... this sucks....

My Passport 8500 X50 is ready to rock!

With this many cars the plan is to seperate into seperate groups (probably 3-4). We will still all cruise together, but in case of seperation it will be easier to keep smaller groups together than the whole group as one.

All that they have left are King Suites at $139 (I blocked off 10 of them for us). If you are already booked and want one of those instead give them a call to change, otherwise booking early has payed off for some of you by saving you $30! There are a few other nearby hotels that I will also be calling for rate info.

I called other nearby hotels and their cheapest rooms are all $139 so the King Suites at the Holiday Inn are the best still available. If you get a roommate and a rollaway bed that will make things a lot cheaper. Post up if you want a roommate!

FYI the King Suites include sleeper sofas so someone can sleep on that!

From what I've found in the past the radios are worthless and most people can't hear them over the radio/exhaust anyway. I will NOT have one and do NOT suggest anyone else gets one. We will be handing out info/map packets again with all the info you need in case you get lost. We will also have people swap cell #'s with others (plus have my and Scheides' numbers in the packets).

Yup, those radios are teh ghey, especially with this many people. We'll be providing nice packets and having plenty of meet-up points, so sticking with the group is not an issue. Go as fast or slow as you want, just meet us at the meet-up points!
