Luther Mitsu in Bloomington isn't all too bad, you just gotta make sure you only deal with the Service Manager, Nick.

I had a regular Service Clerk tell me my oil pressure sender wasn't covered under warranty since I modified my intake. I came back to talk to the Service Manager and I didn't even have to state my case before he had a tech replacing it under warranty.

However, at the same dealer, same day, same person, the opposite side of the coin is that the Manager denied warranty coverage on my cracked spark plug cover. He said they can't be sure someone other than a Mitsu dealer messed with it and broke it. Ghey.

I said "three visits" but if more than one person didn't get it then my apologies for not communicating more clearly.

I also discovered that the AM/FM doesn't work so they undoubtedly didn't plug in the antenna. I'm glad that I don't have a warranty and need to hire people like RS and DB to work on my car. Where do they get the 'mechanics' from dealers? Amazing.

Had a conversion on EvoXforums. Some people were questioning why DB took so long to get to Dave's car. It basically comes down to not hiring anyone with a tool box to work on cars.

I hated Kracka when I first joined this forum and came to like him later on. I've read a lot of posts from you and if that's your natural tone then you are going to piss off a lot of people if they don't know you well. I'm definitely looking to make friends in this community so please take my prior comment as an observation and nothing more.

Just for reference, I took it as you sitting there for 6 hours as well. Basically when reading posts on forums, most people are skimming/reading fast, so if it's not clearly stated.. easy to misinterpret.

I've given up on trying to please anyone. I get ragged on about frequent posts, I get ragged on about posts without pics, I get ragged on if I do infrequent posts with too much language.

Maybe I'll try pictures with no comments at all.

Seibon grill (front emblem delete). It was more hassle to install than I expected but I was surprised by how well it matched the CBD hood.

Yeah, my car has the SSS package. It was actually fully-loaded (NAV, Aero, SSS, and Interior Sport). SSS is the only one worth the money if you're buying new...I got one of the last `08s so I had to take what they had.

Got a few things done today, ready to roll on the cruise. I also have my first track day on Monday @BIR.

Got my corner weights and alignment checked first thing this morning. Looked good.

Installed the SSP under-tray. I have no idea how they expected me to install some of those clips given that they aren't the correct depth. No doubt it'll stay on, though.

The Speedcircuit 'splitter' for Aero lips. It's pretty thin. I'm not entirely confident that it'll stay on through the main straight at BIR (flat footed in 5th). Umm, we'll see.
