I booked a room for Jake and myself.

Hughes, who will I be riding with from IA to MN? Who all will have seats open for the day during the cruise? I feel like a bum for needing rides the whole way, but I'll trade beers for rides haha.

Also, it looks like I'll be staying at Peter's place in Eagan on Friday night. Will anyone be passing near there on the way to the meet spot?

Change in plans, we're now going to be departing TX 2 hours earlier to skirt the next storm rolling in. I would now put us in Des Moines around 10-11am Friday. There should be a front seat available in Tom's Z/28 (or GT-R). There will also be backseat space ( :lol: ) available in a Mustang GT and a Camaro SS.

We're meeting bright & early Saturday at 8am! We have a longer than usual route this year so we have to get a prompt start :D The lunch spot already warned me that they're extra busy this weekend and will not honor our reservation this year if we're late again like we were last year.

What a weekend! Nearly 2300 miles later, we're all home safe & sound! The rain definitely couldn't keep our spirits, or fun, down!

If I do organize one down here, it will be from Dallas to Shreveport, and of course all are welcome to join! A group from down here has made the trip up quite a few times now (I believe I've only skipped 2014 since moving to TX) so I'm going to mix things up a bit and invite people to make the journey south this time around.

Pending timing, I may be in for putting some serious miles on my new toy. Schedule is filling up for summer, so will have to see dates.
