very mad..oh wait nope dont care people are tilted to there opinions but for me hes like a over popularized, over rated d-bag. Rally isnt about how many shoes you can sell or how famous you can get. only credit I will give him is that he made the sport more popular and more known (although thats a bad thing too)..

Remember this thread is about how good of driver Block is, not how good of a marketer he is. A handful of people here compete in Rally America, all of them finishing a higher percentage of their races than Block. What does that tell you? :lol:

How is making a sport more popular a bad thing? More interest = more teams and money invested. Sounds like a good thing.

I'm not sure how many times the people who don't hate Block have to stress that they don't care about his rally record.. lol

The problem is that most of the fan base that he brings with his popularity are ones that don't respect the sport. Nor do they respect the work that goes into putting on the races. They don't respect the people that are trying to keep them safe and generally make it more difficult to put these races on.
