I obviously misread then and was wrong in not banning you too. Implied threat or not, it is still not an excuse for what ensued on this board.

Firstly, for the record, 2 people were banned because they didn't shut up when asked to, and three more were banned because they wanted to make some sort of statement.

Secondly, was the implication there? Yes. Did I seriously mean it? No. Is it fair that I'm not banned? Probably not, but that's not my call to make.

Your first statement is correct; the 5 were banned for the reasons you listed.

I appreciate your honesty and owning up to your mistake.
