n00b? Yeah I guess... at least you spelled it "correctly." Just saying we've had 3-4 DSMs die this last week (makes me wanna sell mine almost) and other people are talking about not driving theirs. It's more common sense and simple math rather than being a n00b.

I'll be heading there tonight around 9-9:30 for at least an hour or two then I'll be down again tomorrow night for probably longer. Is Wendy's on Uni the meeting place for tonight too or what are people thinking?

Just got back. It was cool to meet a few of you, Doughtcom, S2kracka, Sleepydsm, and two more (forgot their SN). Crap, when i left i had that damn idle surge problem. Stupid dsm.

Yep nice seeing Chris, CVD, Doughtcom, Sleepy again and meeting Taunie and a few other DSMers down at Wendys tonight.

There were quite a few people down there, but should be even better tommorow night!

ya'all just need to buy the new dodge challenger,<maybe not your style> so I guess the best place to meet would be a bank parking lot to pay for that shit! actually the police parking lot in st paul is pretty damn empty on weekend nights :cool:

Well speeking of n00b i am a new to this dsm world however i want to be there on saturday night if you people don't mind another Eclipse added to the parking lot. I just got my GSX today and I am really happy!!! I am going to drive the car down there however I am hoping what ever is giving a squeeling sound in the front will go away (it does sometimes, O the joy of being owning a dsm already)
I will have probably the most stock GSX there. It still needs work but i just want to drive it everywhere right now.

Good seeing everyone tonight, I'll be back down there tomorrow night :) A few of us headed to Applebees for some food/drinks after we left the Wendy's lot, we should get a bigger group for that tomorrow night.

Ok, I've only been to the Uni and midway areas a couple times, and I wasn't driving any of those times either.. someone want to help me out with directions if I'm coming from 35W, the southern burbs? If I can find some time I'd like to come out and meet you peoples. I just want to hang out and check everyone's cars out. Is there plenty of parking space at the Wendy's on Uni? .. I'm going to run Wendy's frosty machine dry :D

Check your alternator belt. That's usually the culprit ( spelling heh)

I don't wanna read all the pages of this thread. Is there any sort of organization to the meets yet? My car should be good to drive reaaaal soon :)

35W north to 94, 94 east to 280, 280 north to University, take a right in Uni and go a mile or two. OR 94 east to Snelling, north on Snelling for a few blocks then left on Uni. The Wendy's we are meeting at is right next to an Arby's.

Think I'm gonna do the old man thing tonight and bring down my wife with a couple lawn chairs a cooler and lie low and just people & car watch tonight.

BTW, Chris did sport his nice H-2000, and CVD had his sweet black VR-4 down there and looking good!
