How's it feel to be back in it? Does it run fairly smooth or is the base tune pretty rough?

Well emotionally it feels unbelievable!

Driving wise, pretty surprising actually. It is very smooth. The new CMC seems to engage the clutch awfully high right now, taking some getting used to for sure and Danny was trying to adjust it when i picked it up yesterday as he noticed something similar i assume. The tranny is super precise and I would venture that is because of the AMS front motor mount...it just seems to lock into gear now perfectly...at low rpm easy shifting anyway.

However if you don't give enough gas or miss shift even a little the car will let you know (again because of the AMS i assume)...it is a pretty violent shutter, lol.

Idle is pretty crazy right now with the cams and the new intake...Shane said the intake wasn't scaled perfect just yet. But just cruising around it feels amazing.

Congrats, I'll be looking out for you now since you don't drive something that everyone else has, like a honda. lol

Get springs in due time, screw scheides and his never ending pit of modding.

Did you get the AMS 70A? I'm in the process of trying to find someone to make me a 60A.

I got a flu shot today and have run a fever since. Maybe you could try that one. Lol

Re: Dave's Evo X Build/The Life of Dave blog

I swear flu shots make more people sick than they prevent from getting sick...hence why I don't get them. Great excuse though, use it!

Re: Dave's Evo X Build/The Life of Dave blog

Just called in sick :( I really feel like poo now and didn't get my flu shot yet, thats next week at work, they bring someone in to do it. But now i get to hang out on the dyno all day feeling like shet but maybe some good numbers will make me all better.

I think i got sick from traveling...air planes suck for getting sick.
