I have to do nothing but put gas in... The Infinity dealer is really trying to sell on another car so I joked that I could test something out when I cruise to Eastern IA in April and she said "sure, come on in", lol. I've been given cars overnight to try out before buying but never knowing full well I'm headed on a road trip...

So I won't be able to bring anything boosted thanks to my front diff and or something trans related failed on the dyno yesterday. :( But I will have a super clean Talon still attending :)

I also think I will have two more people and 1 more car joining. (My parents felt the need to go on another road trip and see some fun cars as they are car people themselves.)

Sounds good! Do they plan to stay the night or just join for the cruise portion? My dad has joined in the past, and it wouldn't surprised me if he tagged along for at least a few hours in his C6 this time.

I think they plan on staying the night, and they'll take the other half of Anna and I's room. They are pretty fun people and are somewhat party people :)

If the weather continues to shape up, I will come alone. I don't think I can stay though as I can't drink and I fall asleep by 10pm. I can't do hangovers.

On a serious note, I don't know that I will drink on this cruise, been to the doctor recently with some weird inflamed colon nonsense, it sucks. We will see if I am doing better by cruise time though.

It is. My diet and drinking habits really affect my body now. Need to take it easy on the daily basis and only indulge on special occasions.

Rough timeline for the Texas caravan:

Andrew K. will be coming to my house by 1:45am that Friday morning and leaving his car parked in front of my house for the weekend. We'll then jump in my Vette and meet Kevin G. and Tom at the Exxon (used to be a Chevron) gas station (Morningstar & 121 - address: 5745 Texas 121 The Colony, TX 75056). We'll all top-off our tanks and get on the road by 2am. We will be taking 121 to 35E and heading north to meet Turk in Wichita, KS around 7am where he'll join our caravan. We'll be passing through KC around 9:30am if Reid still would like to join us. We'll be in Des Moines, IA about noon for Andrew H. to fall in, then arrive in Minneapolis no later than 4pm! It's possible we arrive sooner than the stated times, these are just my conservative estimates factoring in food, fuel, and pee stops.
