Dyno pulls/days are meant for back to back testing, not a bunch of adjustments inbetween. We do allow customers to switch maps and such quickly, but with the amount of people signed up for the event, we can not allow it this time around.

ok... so if I have couple of good maps I could quickly switch them out or no... sorry the answer makes it sound like you allow it and then you dont allow it... maybe its all the no sleep and cramming for end of the quarter... i should get back to homework

We allow quick (sub 1 minute) switching of items. Nitrous ARM, boost high/low, exhaust cut out, map switching, yes.

Tweaking maps, no.

I don't think there would be an issue if an adjustment take literally seconds. But when you start to ad minutes up around 20+ cars it can be a long addition to a long day.

quick question, last time i dynoed my car i paid $50 and included food, but this time i wont be dynoing, so the question is, how much so i can be there watching the cars on the dyno and eat some burgers and drink?

I'd love to do that, but my car is not ready for it yet, i checked for boost leaks so i could go to rockfalls and now every time i'm under boost it smokes alot(blue). But ohh well, that's what i get for having a DSM.lol

Im not sure If I'll be able to dyno. My car is not quite ready and moneys pretty tight right now. I migh show up near the end in a runng DSM But it wont be dyno ready.

Alrighty, I'll make the deletions from the weak sauce people's up above here, but I need some people committed to coming earlier. We have a LOT of cars to get on the rollers this year, so I'd like to get going around 10:30 or so with the first car.

I need a few people to commit to some earlier times if at all possible so if you can make it early, please post here!

You're not going to break anything on the dyno that you wouldn't break from a WOT pull on the street.


Also, everyhing should kick off right around 10:30 as well with Swannys car on the rollers. So if you're interested in seeing what the LSE Yacht can put down with it's sails up and the wind behind it I'd suggest getting their earlier as well.

My car is still stock dude! Why bother :D

Plus I dyno'd at *every* event last year and I think 3 other times besides that! I'll throw it on there if it gets slow, but I don't forsee that being a problem! :)

I think I'm still #2 on the list, so I suppose I will have to get there early. I'm still working on some street tuning right now, and should have the new intake on tonight. I can't wait to see what it puts down. Scheides, what was yours putting down last time you dynoed with the alky?

305whp but that was only 24psi. I'm running 25 now & ideally would be running about 27-28 peak:

I can neither confirm nor deny those alligations. I can say the setup is somewhat different from last season.

The "GOAL" is to have it on the rollers. Car is still apart currently.
Odds are it will just be a 500-600hp pull, nothing "huge" compared to what it could be capible of.

I would have liked to have gotten them through you guys, but I just got the cheap Ford ones, they seem to work fine with the EMS. $196 shipped.

Either Steve or the MAP guys should have a nice looking trophy!
