Just got my Mobil rebate in the mail yesterday, so about 7-8 weeks this time. Slower than usual, but still all good!

I also see the Quaker State one is active again, going to pick up another jug for the SC I think.

Hell yeah! I'm going to pick up a jug of the new Mobil 1 Euro 0W-40 for the Lexus. That's stuff supposed to be really good, and considering the price after this rebate, makes it an almost unbeatable value.

It was mentioned in the shoutbox, but I'll post it up here too. Peter found that they specifically EXCLUDED AMAZON from this rebate. I called the hotline and verified that is true, they will not honor Amazon receipts.

However they did tell me that WALMART IS STILL HONORED.

So just a heads up!

Walmart has Mobil 1 Extended Performance at a great price, and is now apparently offering free 2-day shipping. Remember, Walmart purchases are accepted for this year's mail-in-rebate offer, but Amazon is not!

Dang, I just changed my wife's oil last week lol. I'll have to buy some for my truck and some for her car for the next oil change though. Good find!

Mobil claims a 5 year shelf life in a sealed container so no worries about stocking up.

FWIW looks like the Quaker State and Pennzoil rebates are still going on as well. However I've noticed the Pennzoil Platinum prices are all over the place (at least online). Doesn't seem like a particularly good deal in comparison anymore.

Not sure if that link will work, but looks like vatozone is running a special on 5qts of mobil 1 with a mobil 1 filter for $29.99. Plus mobil 1 $17 rebate, thats a pretty cheap fully synthetic oil change.
