Alright, today I bring some more interesting news to the table:

1. Mobil 1, Castrol Syntec, and most other synthetic oils have a higher TBN than Eneos oil does (this is the amount of additives in the oil, and the remaining TBN helps determine the useful remaining life).

2. Castrol uses BP lubricants in all their oils.

3. I started looking into Penzoil Platinum because of Brandon's comments and it is a very high quality synthetic oil for a much lower price than Mobil 1. This, along with Syntec, are both oils I may consider switching to instead of Mobil 1 in the Evo. Mobil 1 is by far the most expensive...but is it giving anything additional to consumers for that money besides a name? Its not looking like it.
