That was the worst service we've ever had at OC.

I blame Mark. He's ruined everything else... Applebee's and now OC.

I sent OC an email explaining our frustrations and asked to be contacted by store management regarding them. We'll see what happens...

If this doesn't go well maybe its time for change. Matt suggested JJ's Clubhouse on 394 which never seems very crowded and has good food/beer at cheap prices.

I believe it's Absolut Citron, Triple Sec, and grape Kool-Aid. I've had them before at other bars, not a bad drink.

Why does OC have grape Kool-Aid around? No clue.

And a great car meet parking lot! We should make sure tuesday isn't polka night or something though, other than that, GAME ON!

it was not that bad people need to know it was the start of the oct fest tour. we have for the most part have good service. you will have a few bad times any were we go in the end unless it just a full out bar and that will take away from some of the guys that go to it in the end

Hooters was busy when we were there and one single waitress handled about 30 people. Drinks were kept full, food orders were correct and she separated the bill without asking, and we didn't wait 45 minutes for everyone to pay. Being busy is not an excuse for poor service. This is also not the first time this group has gotten bad service at OC.

When we first started going there it was pretty good, there were usually a couple of younger waitresses that took pretty good care of us. The one girl that we usually have gotten as of late has been pretty good, but she always seems rushed and doesn't seem personable at all. The guy that has served us a few times is pretty good, no complaints about him and he at least talks to us instead of just taking orders.

Take it for what it's worth, but everyone's money is better spent somewhere with reliably good service, and OC is going the way of Applebee's.

I heard back from OC corporate and they said my email has been forwarded to the regional manager and that I should be hearing back soon.

Yeah, I agree. I'm not gonna cry over poor service a few times.

I say we see what happens when regional gets back to us, and then go from there.
