6266 was a joke, I knew two guys with 'big boy' PTE turbos were coming so I had to get in a few jabs where possible.


My car is on the ef4 still, down a bit of power, I think I need to figure out how to clean the intake valves, maybe run more pump gas through it. Also the fueling on my car is a biotch.

Still, I'm pretty happy with the numbers, car is only 20-30whp off from where I'd like it, 5% ain't bad.

Thanks for putting on another awesome event Scheides!! Your efforts are always appreciated. I was only there for about 30 minutes yesterday because of the rain. But it looked like a nice turnout even with the crappy weather.

No one had ever seen that GSX before.. some young kid and his dad built it I guess.. He was still breaking it in. Nice setup for sure.

Another great time, good job at putting this together Chris. I don’t think there has ever been a WHP so close to decide first place, hats off to Troy. A couple of years ago my Evo was beat out for second place by around 8 hp. Clearly the new PTE turbo’s don’t disappoint. Jim’s earlier comment is spot on, Troy made a ton of power with many stock parts. I have included the dyno plots and one of my setup overlaid with Troy’s. Keep in mind this really just shows the advantage of increased displacement motors. Great video too!
