Take it for what it's worth, but maybe it'll just be a matter of saying no to a certain few people. I'll guarantee there are a handful of us that are responsible toward the property of others regardless of how much alcohol is involved, while others don't give a fuck even when they're sober.

That is quite true. On a side-note, I thank everyone who came to Peter's and my party a few weekends ago, the apt barely even needed vacuuming after everone left.
