Thanks, but we want to keep this on our site only. I'm sure we have plenty already, considering that the last Dyno Day we had, we only had 9 or 10 ppl Dyno. I think we will have more than enough to make the day fun. :D

Yeah, I haven't posted this anywhere but here this time around. That way I didn't have to deal with checking 12 boards and having so many non dsm cars looking for dyno action.

That's pretty much what I thought. The last few posts were worring me as a spectator though. I know personally I'd rather watch some modded Evos dyno then stock FWD cars.

:D I should see if I can borrow the SSR. I don't think my Dad would go for that though, especially if I told him where I was taking it. :o It probably wouldn't make that much power anyway.

Well if they show up and we got spaces to fill over LSE wants to add more cars we won't say no to them getting on the dyno.

I'll dyno also. Might as well see what she's got, considering it's never been on a dyno before!

If possible, i'd prefer to pay day of, because i'm living VERY close to $0 right now, and get paid this coming Thursday.

Well, put me back on the list! My car will be driving decent again on Monday from the looks of it. I'll post up for sure then.

Re: DSMStyle.com Spring Opener / Dyno Day @ LSE Performance

Neither of my cars will probablt be able to make it. I am still waiting to have an 02 housing made for my copper car and the other car probably won't be together either. I still need to do timing, put the front end back together, figure out an oil return line that will work for my car, find the logger and tune it. My braided turbo return line won't clear my front motor mount. I will try to be ready, but with the problems I have been having, finals at school, and work, it looks like I won't be ready.

Do it now just to get a base line and then do it again when you have some more mods! SO you can really see you gains!

Well, I got the car back together with the new TOB and it is still messed up. Something must be wrong in the clutch. AJ, take me off the list. I fly out at 7am tomorrow, so I am out of time.

Wow that really sucks, you really have too much patience with that car haha. I took my tranny off 7+ times till I got my setup right and that was enough for me, what # are you on 30?

Re: DSMStyle.com Spring Opener / Dyno Day @ LSE Performance

I wont have my turbo for alteast another 2-3 weeks from PTE so that kinda sucks so there for I wont be able to dyno... Sorry AJ but take me off the list also, I wish I could but there is no possible way unless someone wants to borrow me a T4 T-67 or larger then I'd be there.

I might not even be able to come to the event. I need to get this jail time over with ASAP. Fawkin shiet!

Yes its going to rain and we will be outside standing in it all day. The only rule is that if you are a girl you are required to wear a white T shirt to show your support for DSMstyle.

I just got back from the Mitsu day @ LSE. Lots of rain, but we were mostly inside, and there's a huge overhang just outside their main bay door to hang out under. Bring an extra jacket or sweatshirt tomorrow, just in case.

Yeah, even with it raining the entire time today, it really wasn't that bad. LSE has plenty of room inside and if you are under the huge overhang outside, you'll still be dry.

So get your butts out there tomorrow, even if its raining.

later,
Curt

Yeah because there are less than like 10 females on this board, which about 3 of them will be there.

Re: DSMStyle.com Spring Opener / Dyno Day @ LSE Performance

I can't dyno. I have had too many issues. I planned on running my copper car, but didn't have an 02 housing made in time. Then I planned on using my 1g. The t-belt held me up on the 1g, so I decided to swap the turbo setup for the 1g into the copper car. After solving many problems with making the turbo for the 1g car work in the 2g, I quit becaue I couldn't make an oil line work. I spent too many hours in the rain the last day and a half for nothing...

Just updated the first post. We will have 20+ cars hitting the dyno tomorrow.

RAIN OR SHINE THIS WILL BE A SWEET DAY!

CVD 04-30-2006 01:24 AM

Re: DSMStyle.com Spring Opener / Dyno Day @ LSE Performance

I dunno about 20. I'm willing to bet it'll take 20-30 minutes per car on average. There will always be cars with minor issues that people want to diagnose on the dyno between pulls.

EclipseGST 04-30-2006 02:23 AM

Re: DSMStyle.com Spring Opener / Dyno Day @ LSE Performance

Well it starts at 10am so if you get an average of 1 car per 1/2hr, it will be over by 8pm... Perfect and plenty of time. :D

And the LSE crew plans to rock till they drop.

Spring flowers bring may showers, or some gay shit like that.

Thanks to everyone that showed up today. Got to meet a lot of new people and reunite with some long time members. For the new ones that I didn't get to meet, see you next time.

I am not sure of the actual turn out but I am guessing we had about 80 people give or take.

Thanks LSE for having us.
