I wish I could find more info on those cams maybe in comparison to others.

From my understanding they're basically a 280. They seemed to work well in my car

What flywheel and clutch setup was run? Do you still have them? 6 bolt I assume?

It was a Ptt twin disk and yes it was a 6 bolt. I do not have them any more.

Did you end up picking up that trans AJ? Im picking up a Shep trans next weekend. And hopefully tonight I can grab that fmic and piping and oil cooler kit.

Yeah it's actually a Lacroix built shep stage 4 equivalent.

Just for the record I was told it was an actual shep trans or I wouldn't have listed it as one. I def wasn't trying to scam anyone.

I'm cool with it, actually found some info on it in johns galant build thread, also found his for sale ad when he sold the trans to swifty.

Yes that is a shep stage 4 trans. Also the cams are big. I have Crower stage 4 cams (288s) and the comp set in question did degree out to be bigger then my 288's. They are a good cam and when installed proper with supporting mods should make 900+ whp.

good info on the cams^ I ended up with s3, but may pick them up for another engine i'm building for a friend.

Thanks for the info john! From what I was told and the little research I did they sounded like they were around 280s. So I'll let people interested know they're a little bigger than a 288.
