Going to get my ricer on this weekend...

Started off with a nice dirty hatch

Found a sweet spoon, box of fuses, a lighter and misc bolts under the spare tire well

Also found a crap ton of dynomat and this is where I gave up for the night. Hopefully a lot more progress is made tomorrow on it.

The car must have had a trailer hitch on it at some point as I found a trailer hitch harness back there too.

Plan is to let a little piece of the old black 2g live on with this new beater:spin:

haha I'm not that cool. Wonder what a spoon was doing in the trunk of a dsm though...

Holy crap, I hate dyno mat stuff! Also after getting under neath and really looking at the bottom of this car, I realized this car has too much rust for my liking :( I'll keep messing with it but won't really do much to the car that couldn't be transferred to another rust free shell.

I want another DSM! Maybe I'll get a 2G just because you can put Brembos on. But then again... Who wants those heavy big brakes of wheels to clear them!? Two parachutes duh.

Get a 2g! just don't forget to get a racing suit with those two parachutes ;)

Tin cans aren't bad if they aren't your daily and is strictly a fun street/track car.

Some of you know. So I thought Id let everyone know. I picked this up from Brad last week and already put over a 1000 miles on it! No issues whatsover. I had one check engine light since I've owned it (random misfire). I will add, if your thinking about an auto their not really fun to drive. Also gas mileage not as great as the 5 speed. Anyways I bought this a a temp. fix and DD duties so the car won't be getting crazy modded but heres a few things I've done and what I plan on doing.


Also to the previous owner before Brad did you put lowering springs in? Rides pretty stiff
not a big deal just wondering though
