Re: Indoctrination in our schools?
Jesus Christ you are some snappy motherfuckers. Smiley = Sarcasm/Joke. How is what I said in any way, shape, or form an attack on Fox News?
I'm not left or right winged, and I haven't liked any of the presidents since I was born. To say Fox news leans right just as far as all the other media outlets lean left is pretty bullshit. Fox represents the EXTREME right wing a lot of the time, the liberal media doesn't swing nearly as far left in most cases. Matt D, who is this "you people" you speak of? |

The liberal bias stations tend to not report news that doesn't fit thier adgenda. But this is about the kids. The keeds! |
Re: Indoctrination in our schools?
I watch both, and do lots of reading on the crap I actually care about. The right seems to blow it much more out of proportion in general than the left to fit their agenda. Hell, I can't blame them, they almost have to these days.

Re: Indoctrination in our schools?
Actually, the lib media doesn't report on most things that should actually be "news", like Acorn, they just sweep it under the rug. And then they give the mic to retards like Jimmy Carter and Walter Mondale about how everybody that opposes Obama is somehow racist. That's the garbage CNN, etc blow out of proportion.
And for the record, I watch both to see both sides, and neither is neutral by any means. Fox is as far right as the rest are far left, there's no difference. Saying any different is naiveity. |

Re: Indoctrination in our schools?
Its sad that media outlets have become left or right-winged, and then have to defend themselves and be attacked because of it...wouldn't it be better if they were just neutral, and reported the news? They've become biased informants, just like the German media did during the rise of hitler. He paid them off and blamed WW2 on the Jews....hrm, maybe the taliban actually has something cool they're trying to hide from us...like bagels or something.
Does anyone care if I close this topic though? Everyone must bring their most important issues from here to never-neverland into these threads that are so far off-topic it makes people's head spin...with everyone's head spinning, everyone forgets that this is a car forum! Should I make a politics forum? :) If so, does the gun thread belong in there? ;) |

You guys just take shit way out of context. I broke the song down earlier on. Go have a read and let me know what you think. If the kids were singing about Bush I would still be all for it, I would think they were a tad misguided and tarded, buuut Im not gunna knock the kids for showing pride in their President and Nation. Its not like they have a picture of barrack hanging in the cafeteria and every day are saying the pledge of alligence to him, and offering up some goats for the sacraficial slaughter. It was two freaking songs. OMFG, the world is going to fucking explode in a firey ball of communism and anti-capitalism and then all our souls will be consumed by the anti-christ that is Barrack Obama, and then he will karate chop Jesus in the neck and pee on santan, then bend Muhhamed over a chair. Let it go people. Its not brainwashing. |

Re: Indoctrination in our schools?
You forgot to bold the part where I said, "ITS NOT LIKE". But thats ok. Selective bolding works better to your cause. Congrats. You know how to use the internets to your advantage and now anyone who didnt bother to read my entire post will only see the bolded part and fall onto your side. Again, congrats on that one.
Also, I really dont see how them singing a song about Frosty the Snowman, or Santa Clause is in any way different then singing a song about the president. In fact I would assume its better as they can actually have someone real to beleive in versus a fictional character that climbs down your chimney in the middle of the night and gives you presents and eats your cookies cuz its Jesus' birthday. Besides if you cant sense sarcasm when its that obvious, then a sad sad life you lead. |
