Yes! That would be great. Althought I don't know when I'll get it down to the cities. Maybe sooner than I think. Who knows. Anyway, I'll call you or something. :)

btw, would I need a wideband for that?

Modded oil pan. I got a bung welded in for my turbo oil drain and a sweet baffle that just continues where the stocker left off. This, as you might guess will allow me to do donuts and drifting and really hard launches and circle track or figure eight racing without really worrying too much. It'll go on tomorrow, then I need a downpipe fitted and I/C pipes. If you have spare money, and want to donate to a good cause, I will take it off your hands. :)

looks good. why not just 10an bung

Re: Turning my quest into a dsm.

Cause then I would have had to make everything -10, and for now I didn't want to spend the money, plus I had most of the stuff needed sitting around, and that bung there was only 5 bucks at a hydraulic shop near me, so that being the only part I payed for directly, and the welding costs, I came out with more money in my pocket in the end.

Well, I know for a fact that whenever I estimate how long something will take, I usually need to multiply it by six, so to be safe, I have no idea when it will be ready to drive, especially since I'm scraping the bottom, cash wise. BUT, there have been some updates, you've probably read my posts asking for help with the AEM. Here's why:

Frankenstein downpipe, but it works. This bad bitch pumps out some air.

Sweet! What's left?

Nice progress!

Either take the front plate off, or mount it normally because that looks kinda tarded and you will prolly get a ticket anyway. haha

Re: Turning my quest into a dsm.

I will eventually relocate the plate. It's just that it's the last thing on my mind for now. lol.

What's left is to track down an oil leak that only leaks while running, and it's definately coming from the turbo-side, but where - I have no idea. I want to remove a stupid coolant hose under the intake manifold, it has a slight coolant leak, I'm going to get a 180* T-stat, then tuning. Everything else seems to be fine.

Sweet, I'd like to see this thing run again. I'm remembering back to the days of Tuesday 'bees and *edit*.

I agree with andrew, nothing like the good ole days, apart from the fact we are all a little bit about the 200whp we were at back then.

Lookin good man. So what do you need left parts wise?

Luvin the log mani as well :)

Re: Turning my quest into a dsm.

I think other than just the thermostat, I don't really need anything else. New back tires, I suppose, but these hold air, amazingly, since there's really nothing left on them and when you take them off and stand them up on their own, they lean because of negative camber and burnouts, haha.

the log manifold is great, it will last forever, and a dude in california made 570whp on a jet with it, so I don't mind.

Which short block are you using? Is this the old Napa rebuild I remember?

Re: Turning my quest into a dsm.

Yes, Hypereueutudhciciitic pistons, stock rods, .030 over, crank and rods .010 under. Balanced with pulley, flywheel and clutch on (which I think is stupid, because when I upgrade it will not be in balance).

I'm very scared for your shortblock dude.

You can dynamically balance those components individually. I had my ACT flywheel and clutch cover balanced by Gosh for a small fee. Its amazing how out of balance a brand new parts can be.

Re: Turning my quest into a dsm.

^Good info.
Would it be good then to balance say a stock flywheel and aftermarket clutch together?
