Cool, sounds good! I'm giving the Laser a cheap paint job, spending a few hundred on S2k parts, and putting the rest into savings/investments.

Any of you married folks know if its much harder to file now? I have been filing my self the last few years, but I got married this year and am wondering how that effects everything.

www.turbotax.com is your friend, quick and easy and practically fool-proof since it walks you through everything step-by-step.

A lot of people on this site will be eligible for the free version at http://turbotax.intuit.com/taxfreedom/

Haha, Luke was the right hand man in the clutch job. He knows the Laser better than me, maybe.

I want to see that thing shine, Chris.:D

A co-worker just showed me this site. It's what he always uses. Anywho, it's the cheapest one I've seen yet. I think I'm going to be giving it a try.

With some stock sale and school shit I think I will give turbo tax a try and see how it goes opposed to getting them done elsewhere and waiting on someone else.

Re: Tax Returns!

Well just got done with my taxes for the most part. All I have to do is print and mail out a form I have to sign. I used that TaxACT site. Fairly easy to use. I've used turbotax in the past, and turbotax was a hair easier. The only thing I didn't like about TaxACT is that I have to sign something and send it in. But for 16 bux, I'm not complaining. I should have my $6200 return in 1-2 weeks, directly deposited into my checking. Damn I love mortgage deductions, WOOHOO!!!

I won't be surprise if 6k will not be dispurse to you. The IRS might ask you to provide more proof.

Re: Tax Returns!

Not sure how it's going to work out this year for me. If I do get money back, it's going for my new purse that I've been saving for. I ended having to use the money I was saving for to use for unexpected bills, so I'd really like to get my purse now. It's not even that much for it, but I'd like to get the matching accessories for it too... which'll total about $500 :)

HiImBrian 01-30-2007 01:07 PM

Re: Tax Returns!

Holy shit! $500 for a purse? You wont have any money left over to put in it!
