Sounds like an amazing ride that you will never part with.

You have to show me those little things you did with the car, i know for me its what makes me happiest.
Also i wouldn't mind a ride in the car.

Also, I used to run a "Buschur Cold Air Intake" that put a cone filter right in front of the tire. Sucking up water a few times made me decide thats a bad idea. I had it for a couple of years without any problems sucking up water. I used the "sawzall technique" as I was fitting a large intake pipe down there. I had to cut a lot out and use the tin snips around the fender area as it was a little tight. May go easier if you use the sawzall from the bottom.

Update on painting the engine bay: Welle's said they could NOT put my color in an aerosol can beause it had too much pearl in it, something about the nozzle would get clogged and end up with a shitty result...

I was pissed about that, I dont have a spray gun, and I dont know anything about that so, for now, the engine bay is not getting painted anything, just cleaned a lot.

I have been in the bay redoing the wire loom for the harness with new loom and tape.

Hey kevin, what are you doing tomorrow? I would like to take a look at your car and i could show you the way my car is cut for cold air, it might help give you ideas on how to do it better.

Where's the pics kevin? Perhaps you can help me re-do my fusebox and such to clean up my engine bay too, and then i'll mask off the motor and re-paint it gloss black (don't have room for a motor pull right now, until I find a place to purchase)

Ugh, that timing belt motor mount bolt is too shitty looking, time for a new one :) And that mount itself is too dirty... ugh.

Picked up a C+R Racing radiator and spal fan for $80 and my purple valvecover! Woo hoo!

I've also started a new "real" job as a machinist, I am currently trying to juggle two jobs and 60 hours a week, so far it's been fine! I can't wait for my first check. Should have a lot of extra money to waste and save now.

But the car into storage on Saturday, right before our first snow fall!!!

LET THE MODDING BEGIN!!!!

It "snowed" like sunday morning, just some flakes. I miss the car already... But it's cheaper to drive my Honda and keeps me out of trouble.

Turns out I'm gonna have ALOT of extra money, my winter plans were:
20g/dsmlink/1200+cc injectors... But an FP setup is looking great...

So far I've gathered a Tial 38mm wastegate, I am ordering an FP Race manifold tomorrow, and unless a great deal comes by I won't be getting any car stuff till probably the new year.
