I bought a spool from them, ordered 2day shipping. I waited 2 months, never got it. Called up and told them to cancel the order. They said ok, they will try. Waited another week, called them up and told them I was reporting this to my credit card company and to fuck off. They finally then refunded me my money and then they had the balls to yell at me at tell me to calm down and that I should be more considerate. FUCKERS!!!

Ordered a 272 cam took 6 months to get. Forgot all about my order upon numerous calls finally they caved in and sent it. Will never return for future parts.

I also had a friend who was about to order something from them and I linked him to this thread. He spent a few hours reading it and will never order from them now. He linked a few of his buddys here as well.

Why don't you respond to all the people who have received awful customer service too? Did that return shipping label for the turbo that Mike promised ever get sent to Scheides or is that on 7-year backorder too like all your other parts?

All of the sales guys that you had problems with are gone. But some people will never let that go. Dont know anything about lable though.
