I guess if you guys care to know, the HG was blown. Pulled the head off last night. Head is warped in the middle. Hopefully it'll run perfect by tomorrow night or something.

Good to hear Cher, that means our trip wasn't a wasted one. The only question is, was it you that warped the head, or was it warped before?

I got a little nervous when I saw the fel-pro wrapping sitting in the guys garage. I was hoping that it was just from some exhaust gaskets or something.

Sorry dude, I assumed they would have been intake/exhaust gaskets. I assumed that everyone knew that fel-pro's were a no-no when doing a head gasket.

So update for those following along... :p , new HG, head decked, pressure checked. Good. No overheating, all it needs is a fan wired up and it is all good for now :) .
