After going through it once, I learned alot.

Closing costs are another thing...are you rolling yours into the loan? Or do they even let you on your first time (I know they do if you refinance and have the room in equity). Closing cost are about $5K-$10K

I used a mortgage calculator to find that info. Do it yourself if you don't think it's right. :razz2: ;)
