NASCAR drives straight on an oval just as much as any other series that's on road courses. Those races are won in the turns where car setup and driver skill matter.

You said, "Want to race?" Autocrossing, karting, road racing... Name your poison. :) Don't challenge me to race and expect it to be on a public road and in a straight line.

Well of course I was, I also did say sorry for ranting in my very first post, so pointing out the fact i'm whining is redundant, but that's fine.

Anyway, I do have a few pics of my car totally stock, so I could probably just do that. I dunno, i'll do my research and do the whole court thing.

Every other time i've been pulled over I was just really polite and played dumb also, but this time the trooper literally asked me no questions, he probably said less then a dozen words to me. "you were speeding," "roll up your window halfway," and "here's your ticket"

I dunno, I just feel like i'm wronged, because I am 99% of the time an extremely safe driver, have NEVER been in an accident, and all I was doing this morning was minding my business like I always do in the morning. I was following the flow of traffic, people directly in front of me and to the right of me going the exact same speed I was.

I'll get over it, sorry again for being a whiny bitch.

And thanks to anyone who is giving me advice, i'll need it.

Here is what else they will offer you: driving probation. Basically, if you stay ticket-free for the next year this speeding ticket will never go on your record.

So basically you're looking like this:

-Tint ticket will be throw out since you have pics of your car w/ no tint
-Work zone offense dropped
-Speeding ticket goes on probation and dissappears after a year w/o tickets

Modded cars get targeted by cops, that is a fact of life; these are the risks we run and the games we play. Soon, you'll be mouthing-off and back-talking cops with the best of 'em :D

I have about 3 tickets on my record right now.
Grand total is stupid, but $60/month liability on the DSM is sweet.

If you don't want to be noticed, don't drive a car that screams "look at me, I have dark tint so i must be up to something." I've been driving since you were in kindergarten and have received many tickets in my life. I never went whining and crying about it saying I'm gonna chuck it all away and ride the bus. You sound like a junior high kid that just lost his first crush to the football captain. Get over yourself, buy a minivan, and enjoy a ticket free life.

Was your tint professional tint or cheap autozone type junk?... I bought some professional 38% tint and haven't been bothered by even the worst cops around here and in MN when i've been there. Did the sides myself and had the back done by a professional shop. Quite frankly, anything less than -38% is asking for trouble and is a hazard IMO. I've driven a truck that had 20% and it was hard to see out in city light driving at night. Attached is a picture of my GSX with 38% sides & back. Why you'd need to go darker is beyond me.

Haha no i was driving my first car, the 96' buick park ave (aka pimp shit). Theres alot of restrictions on a farmers license and i pretty much broke all of them. Driving at night, more then i think 20 miles from farm, driving with people, etc. Mainly he threw a fit about the roadblocks and cones we set up on main st. Only $100 total after going to court, easily worth a year of early driving :D
