I shouldn't have fucking said anything about my car being good to go. Got in it to go to work this morning, turned the key on, everything was fine, but as soon as the starter engaged, everything went dead. That same thing happened once before, but everything came back on right away, so now I'm trying to figure this out.

I wasn't able to get the turboback exhaust so I'll be taking that off my list for now.

Double check your battery connections, my 1G did this a few times and I had to wiggle the connections on the terminal. I ended up cleaning them up really good and it never happened again.

Does anyone have a dremmel I might be able to use on saturday?

I got these billet caps for some of the plastic stuff in my engine and one of the reservoirs needs to be cut a bit wider.

I keep thinking of all these little things I need to do

I just looked at the map and you're like 5 minutes (if that) from where I work.

Well I got home from work early, so come on over whenever! Just ring the doorbell, or walk around back to the garage. Make sure to shut the gate so Turbo doesn't get out!

It was a productive night! Big boost leak on Kevin's car, but we crushed the 1G BOV he had....MattD's spark plugs were worn down so much I can't believe the car hardly boosted! Then got X Factor's intake installed and he got hist first taste of a power mod on a car, woowoo!

I'm looking at the destructions and it says there was a 3mm vacuum cap that should be in the box. I'll dig around in it tomorrow.

I'll bring my spare vacuum caps over today so you can take one if you need it. If anyone needs something from Mitsu call me (763) 257-4504 and I'll pick it up.

Re: Dyno Prep Day Party at My House!

Got tons accomplished this weekend!
-New Plugs in MattD's car
-Short Ram air intake on X Factor's 4G Eclipse
-New Plugs, boost leak test, and some logging of the Evo (hitting 100% on stock injectors now!)
-Boost leak test on Kevin_1G_Drummer's GSX, found leaky/bent BOV flange
-adjusted TKR's alternator belt
-Kevin took his maiden voyage on the scooter-o-death
-Extensive work on S2kracka's laZer, without going over his $100 budget, we put in a plethora of parts including some spare garbage parts I had lying around in a box. Check out his thread in the project section for more details!!!!

Re: Dyno Prep Day Party at My House!

That was a really fun day! Thanks to Scheides, Mark, Matt, and Tim for lending a hand today! We got a ton of stuff done to the Laser and cruised down to Owatonna to pick up my free 3" turboback. Potato Oles FTW!

We weren't able to get X-Factor's (Tim) Magnaflow catback installed because cutting of the factory piping is necessary and we didn't want to f**k around with that, but at least we got a game plan set for him so its going to be done right the first time.
