We are happy.

With another pass I think we would have done a 9.9999999999999@148.

Each pass we gained over 2 tenths and 2mph. There was no sign of knock so I think it would have done a 9 given another pass and dropping the tire pressure a little more. They were at 21psi on the last pass.

There is me bench racing. We'll wait until the 8th to run our 9. Hopefully not a high 9 either.

Shane, get your car done and run it on the 8th!

My car weighs about 4500lbs with me in it and breaks 4th gear at part throttle, it's a lost cause. I don't know why I even got rid of 67, I should have just turned the boost up.

I gotta get my damn daily driver Talon running again, fix the rearend on the Suburban, work on the SC300 and then maybe work on my car.

I also don't have Kevin Johnson around anymore to help me with my own cars and get me movitated to do shit.

Well we have a fire wire cable now lol, but Kyle decided to take the camera with him to get material for the RX7, give me an hour or so and it will be up.

Nice video. Those were some fast cars he was up against, I think the first one went 8s. I was expecting to see him against some Honda running 14s.

Was the car on a 2 step? It sounded to me like he was just free reving and slipping the clutch.

He wanted to free rev it as he thought he could make boost and get out of the hole without the two step/anti-lag. Plus any more power off the line would have overpowered those tires even more. The game plan is to utilize the antilag on the launch and in between shifts once we have some better tires on there.

He enjoys the hell out of actually driving the car down the track.

Could we go faster with an auto? Probably. Do we want to? Not really


I am really anxious to see how well this transmission holds up. It shifts perfectly for now.
