Then I've got a boost leak somewhere I'm hoping. We tried to do a boost leak test today, but the inlet on the 50 trim is 3inches and the rubber piece I bought when making my boost leak tester is 3.5 inches and I can't tighten it enough to stay on there past 5psi.

Find me two more people that have ran 10's with 14b's and I'll say tooshay. haha what I mean, is in general, people with bigger than 16gs do 12s'ish or better even though some people do that with smaller turbos. I'm talkin majority

Well, make the flat part smaller, get a reducer coupler or something, because if you do the calculation (easy) you'd find that at 5 psi, it's like a 48 lb weight pushing that 3.5" flat surface out of the coupler.

Anyway, you probably don't need more than 5 psi to check for leaks anyway. Just listen and look.

Eh thought I'd bring this thread back before it's totally dead. I did a boost leak test. One line from my mbc to my turbo was pretty chewed up in one spot so that was leaking, and my tb gasket is shot. I've got a new line on and a new gasket to come. After fixing the line, the turbo is still just as laggy or even more. But I can't be too sure considering we played with the mbc a little. I'll put the new gasket in and do another boost leak test just to make sure.
