I just don't get them. Do they not realize that pissing on the members of all these DSM forums keeps money from going into their pockets? I just don't understand the mentality. Even if their customer service has improved, which I doubt, they've lost a large portion of their potential customer base bye insulting them all. I don't care how cheap a part is, or how fast it arrives, if the shop employees insult and make fun of me I would never give them a dime.

Well I don't know you, nor have I ever purchased anything from you. The topic I would like to bring forth today is the topic of "who is winning." SBR may be getting every body all fired up and in some sick way maybe they enjoy that.*1 point for SBR* SBR is also making a fool of themselves to a forum consisting of 933 people who all share an interest in the dsm community. *-1 point to SBR* Now while many of you may think, "wow what a stupid post. The score is still 0-0. This guy really is an idiot." Well my friends, SBR has created a thread consisting of 554 replies and a whopping 18,280 views, both of which are steadily increasing. In conclusion, SRB has brought in quite a bit of traffic, and as we all know more traffic means a more valuebal domain. With that said, *1 point for us.*

So what if they're glorified digital babysitters on to0nerz. Internet status is completely irrelevant when it comes to paying for something, and having a terrible experience. I have read it all about you guys, I could write a damn book. Missing parts, wrong parts, faulty parts, fake parts, etc etc etc. The lack of customer service is the best insult to injury.

But screw them right, they're just upset customers probably sick of deleting reviews from other upset customers on their forum.
