A day has gone by and no rebuttal yet. This one must sting, or their think tank is trying really hard to come up with a bullshit excuse to make it out to be the customer's fault. 5 unresolved delivery issues, and 1 unresolved refund/exchange issue.

Extreme had good customer service, they just priced themselves out of the market when a bunch of vendors came out of nowhere. When it was them and Buschur, they were great.
