Do you think wheels would hold up good painted vs. powdercoat?

I painted my old dsm aftermarkets with wheel paint, held up well and turned out awesome for the price. Powdercoating is expensive and to me not worth it. Might as well just put that money into buying a new set of wheels since its like 80 a wheel to powder last I checked.

That's about right. My wheels were right about $325-$350 at Powder Keg.
