Looks like we have quite a few people that enjoy some sort or form of dubstep. Pretty nice, maybe someday well have a mitsu event where we take our
''Seasoned forum veterans'' (<---old people) to one of these seizure events, i think that would be HILARIOUS haha! A Cruise through downtown during the summer with a dubstep pit stop? That would be way interesting....veryyyyy interesting i think! |

I was listening to MOS radio earlier and the UK dubstep is a hell of a lot better a little less mechanical sounding.

In this case, it's more real music, but the original I consider just a collection of random sounds.

Uk scene definitely is better then what we have here over see's. But if you combine the to it makes for good times....same as if the only thing driving around on the streets were evos and 1G variety and different levels make for fun class distinction friendly fun competition and the likes :)

J/K I've enjoyed EDM for the past decade and am at a love/hate relationship when it comes to being played mainstream. Just sucks because a lot of the better artists get looked over in favor of Guetta and Deadmau5. I personally love 12th planet and think he is hands down the best performer I've ever seen live. I think dubstep gets a bad rap because of how people think every electronic music sound is somehow dubstep, those same people probably think all EDM is techno. It is pretty interesting the amount of variation in the music. It would be like comparing folk music to country. Sure they use the same instruments, but are completely different. Music is evolving and some people just don't understand that EDM is huge in other parts of the world. It isn't some fad. -Colin |

Not normally my type of music, but I liked Rise & Fall that was linked above. You need a serious sub for the bass drops though, my 15" was loving it.
