HAHA, its just a sloppy mess and will probably be gone within the hour. Wasn't even as much as MN got back in mid-October.

hmm people are nicer down there too?? that would be a plus. the warmer weather and cheaper cost of living are what are starting to get me to agree to maybe move. we're going down there in the begining of january to visit her aunt so we'll see how I like it. thanks for the input!

the house looks great by the way!

Did either you or your wife have jobs lined up before making this move?

Kracka 12-03-2009 08:21 PM

Re: our new house!

My wife did, she got a transfer with her company.

Re: our new house!

I see, have you had any luck finding a job yet, if not good luck? I want to move to Arizona eventually but don't want to take the risk of not being able to find a job and pay my bills. Guess I will just have to save up.

Re: our new house!

I'm still looking, but talking with a few recruiters things sound promising.

Anytime man! Just let me know when you're in town, we have a guest bedroom for ya.

Yup, we both have white cars. Right after I picked up my Evo is when she decided to trade her black Impreza in for a pearl white WRX Limited.

the garage pic looks to be a little tight to have a work bench ect in there with the cars. mabe it is just the angle of the pic

Kracka 12-04-2009 10:33 AM

Re: our new house!

The garage isn't huge, 20.5'x19.5', but there is enough room along the side for the lawn mower and up front there is enough room to build a small workbench and add in some storage shelves/cabinets. Garages definitely seem smaller down here than they are in MN though, most people just use them for storage and park in the driveway.

TkrPerformance 12-04-2009 10:38 AM

Re: our new house!

that kind of sucks

Kracka 12-04-2009 10:47 AM

Re: our new house!

Its not bad, the other night I had the Evo guys over and there was enough room to work on 2 Evos in the garage. Big jobs where a lot of space is needed will require just 1 car at a time though.

Sweet! You have a nice lounge in your office to get busy on or possibly lie down on if you're feeling feint from all of your post-whore action on style!

Re: our new house!

That office is missing a baller desk!

Kracka 12-10-2009 03:06 PM

Re: our new house!

Yeah still using the desk I bought a few years ago (I think from when we lived together). It works though and I do like the glass top.

Yea thats right, I remember that. Those green trees outside make me jealous. grr haha

Kracka 12-10-2009 03:19 PM

Re: our new house!

I like the green :) Its supposed to be high-60's and sunny this weekend so I think we're going to paint the inside of the garage.

A//// Guy 12-10-2009 03:22 PM

Re: our new house!

lol you bish. Its currently 3 outside. haha Although I do like the new snow we got.

You should checkboard paint the floor in your garage, that would be pimp.

Re: our new house!

Yesterday I changed out the bathroom light fixtures and hardware, today I painted the garage ceiling. I hope to get the garage walls done this week and then the floor the next warm weekend we have.

The Evo community down here (NTEC) is pretty big and I've met some good guys so far. I'm having them over to my house again this Wednesday evening for some beer and grilling.
