Since swifty was being so whiny about his week ban being done after only 5 days, I allowed a donation by Peter(A\\\\Guy) to tack on an extra 7 days to Swifty's ban. No further extensions will be allowed unless they are pre-approved by me.

If you read the thread people have had lengthened paybans you have to get it approved by schiedes first I believe

If the person who's paybanned is being an uber-douche or other such misc reasons I've allowed it from time to time. Usually with rule #1 in mind.
