The highest at last years spring dyno day was CVD's VR-4 at around 375 whp; the lowest was a stock 1G AWD in the 140's.

Hightest ever has been 720.1awhp, no corrections.

For a GT42 car do hit that, you better be WELL over 30psi on c-16.

Highest 4 cylinder has been lower 400's.

Jake, run your DSM FWD, that is worth a lot of power on the dyno. :)

Re: MitsuStyle Spring Opener & Dyno Day : Sat, April 28th

Swanny, your car only made 663whp on our dyno day at DB :)

Jake, come on up! You were gonna come last year and never did, better be there this time!

First off, my name isn't Peter, it's Brandon.

Secondly, I can't go and ask a nuclear plant to hold their fuel reload off while I go on a car cruise.

Thirdly, wasn't Swanny not on Nitrous while at DB? That'd explain the power difference.

Well I suppose I better turn down the boost then, maybe to 40, no need for C-16...

I will most likely make it up for sure, whether the car is done will be a different story. 3 months is quite a ways away. :D

Re: MitsuStyle Spring Opener & Dyno Day : Sat, April 28th

The set up on Josh's car has changed from the DB dyno day, huge FMIC, 3" ic piping, and we did not spray after the fmic install. The peek power is higher now then what it make on the spray befor with the sidemounts, and the power band is way better over 100+hp more up top vs befor with the sidemounts and nitrous. This is the same everything else, just a FMIC, piping, and no nitrous.

That would be sweet to see!

Are you using VP Import or Methanol? C-16 isn't very "fun" over mid 30 psi range.

About the off topic banter:
My car made 663awhp at DB last summer on sidemounts, (31psi) without nitrous. Since then, like john mentioned we switched up the IC system. It doesn't matter, as the highest customer vehicle is 616awhp (stealth), followed by 607awhp (stealth).

Back on topic:
Highest 4 cylinders are:
413whp -srt-4
402whp- Nash
Barton has hit around in the lower 400's as well in his dsm. Thats from memory, we'll be making a "wall of fame" soon.

Looking forward to the EVENT people, lets make it HUGE!!

One was a "Dr900" car, the other an Evo 16g setup. I am averaging mid to upper 300's on td04 pump gas 3000gt/stealths.

Most td05 based setup make 400's on pump, and i've only done 3 stealths on c-16...

Low 400's is the 4-cylinder record? Yikes, I made that on pump gas at DB last year running out of fuel. That shouldn't be hard to beat..... By a lot. :seeya:

I put up my info in that thread, but again, if for some reason my schedule changes and I'm not in town for this, then obviously I can't come. But if I am in town, I will be there for sure.
