Don't follow the calculations too closely. I was predicting I needed 1800 cc's of fuel injector to keep up with my setup on E98. Turns out that I still had some headroom on the 1600's even at 32psi. That might disappear with the cam swap coming up though.

partly yes, ethonal absorbs huge amounts of heat when it vaporizes.
