After seeing it yesterday, I'd think you have bigger issues to work out then your rusty roof. Like maybe find out why you left a coolant trail through the whole parking lot maybe.

Agreed; I think with that DSM it may just be best to get rid of it all and start fresh if you can afford something nice or if not wait and save money until you can.
