Re: The News
Vendor relations and pricing structure will be actively worked on at the start of next week. We are probably 2-3 weeks out from billing/setting up work, due to the city of ramsey. Doesn't mean we can't start a few projects (like johns car which doesn't need to be billed, ryan's, etc., or brian's motor as that has already been paid for on a side deal, which john is starting to work on monday at the latest).
Hopefully we can have like a dsmstyle bbq or something around July 1st for a grand opening. |
Re: The News
I'm a little busy at the moment and won't have time to stop by, can you send down some of the free food? :D
Good luck on the venture. |

Re: The News
Congrats Guys I will stop by soon.
Also you may want to check to see what the correct address (street) is over there. It might not come up on mapquest etc. I actually think it might be industry ave. or industrial blvd over there. Dan |
Re: The News
I have played at the paintball place there too. It it across the street on the north side of the building with the large silos.
Very cool on the shop, I'll have to stop by when I am in town for my brothers wedding 3-10th of July. |
Re: The News
INTERNET!
We also have our 3 phase and 208v power run, woot! Guys, when you 'mapquest' us use this addy: 6250 Industry AVE Suite #213 Ramsey, MN 55303 our REAL address is: 6250 Bunker Lake BLVD NW Suite #213 Ramsey, MN 55303. Mapquest isn't onboard with the name change, usps knows, ups knows, fed-ex doesn't, go figure ::shrugs::. |

Re: The News
Well our air system should be wrapped up today. The welding stuff is all taken care of as well. Just have to figure out a few storage situations, finish the press, wait for the bender to show up, wait for the lathe to show up, wait for the nitrous fill station to show up, and wait for my permits to show up ;).
That being said, the projected opening date of July 1st should be a go. We have a few wild and crazy projects coming down the pipeline so stayed tuned! |
Re: The News
Bender, as in mandrel bender?
|
Re: The News
For roll cage and other chassis component forming, up to 2.5" diameter, down to .065" wall thickness, we can also do square tubing as well.

Re: The News
Update:
As long as the application goes through, and the fire inspector tells me the okay, we should be able to open July 1st. Mill- installed, and operational as a glorified drill press. We are waiting on our clamp set, collet set, and rotating table so we can begin to offer it in tandem with turbo porting. Lathe- operational, some parts are coming for it. Mandrel Pipe Bender- Should be here Wednesday, 6/29/05, and operational by July 1st. This is a bender designed for roll cage tubing, not exhaust and intercooler piping. It doesn't run a from on the inside, its a hand deal, but will work very nicely for its purpose (custom roll cage fabrication and chassis component fabrication). It doesn't kink, and it isn't one of those harbor freight units. Lift- Works Great Air- Thats all operational. Website-works The only things that are not here and installed are the Nitrous Fill Station and the Mandrel Pipe Bender (for roll cage/chassis tubing). The Bender should be up and running for the July 1st opening date, Nitrous Fill Station might not be operational until July 15th. We are actively working on pricing structures and pricing for labor. The pricing structure and labor rates are 99% finalized and should be published by July 1st. Parts pricing is an ongoing process, and to all prospective customers, I appreciate your patience, it should not take much longer. Take care all, thanks for the time. |
