Less than ING's 3% last time I checked (it is all dependant on how much you put into the CD though).

I thought I heard a 6 month pays 3% and a year pays 4% or so from my brother's credit union...

Less than 3%, and especially for that short term. Maybe at a credit union, but not at banks...
