It was fun. Ran a 11.6@123mph, 30psi running like crap. But somthing is not right on my car, ither the turbo is going out or there is a problem with my fuel, waistgate, plugs, or clutch.

I went down to Route 66 for Battle of the Imports to run my car. First run on Saturday was an 11.6@134mph. I had a shitty 2.06 60' as I spun through 1st gear hitting revlimiter a dozen times or so. Same thing happened all the way through second and I let of the gas once because it was getting a little sideways and I wan't used to the car yet. 3rd and 4th pulled pretty good. On the second run tried launching a bit lower and tried running it part throttle out of the hole. On the datalogs even at 40% throttle I was bouncing off revlimiter and did the same shit through 1st and 2nd with another 2.0 60', but I kept it floored all the way through 2nd gear this time and ran a 11.0@138mph. After that run we noticed that the wastegate dump tube had broken off and was hanging by a thread. The plastic top tank on the stock radiator was partially melted from the dumptube blowing off also.

So Sunday morning we find an exhaust shop that opened at 9am and had them reweld it for us. I decided I was going to try to shift fast today and try to run a 10 before the wastegate breaks off again. First run of the day I do a 5000rpm full throttle launch and it definately feels better than the day before and I only hit revlimter 3 times with some tire grabs inbetween, instead of 10 times in a row with no traction. It ends up still being a weak ass 1.79 60'. Second gear has traction though and I short shift it at about 7400RPMs for some unknown reason since maybe I wasn't used to actually having it last longer than half a second. Third went good, I shift into fourth and all is going well until somewhere midway though the gear all of a sudden I am bouncing off revlimiter. So I keep it floored thinking maybe its still doing something and go throught the trap bouncing off revlimiter. I think I sheared off 4th gear. I can get into 4th no problem, but there is nothing there now. Anyways, the run was a 10.42@130mph. I lost a lot of topend mph without all of 4th gear.
