Well me and a couple buddies of mine are now entering a pickup demo derby on Sunday. Picked up an old Dodge 1/2 ton today for $150 bucks and I guess they started tearing it apart back home this afternoon.

we were down in grant park saturday. was great till we saw cops running and then a lil bit later an ambulance which turned out some kid got shot. over great time down there this weekend :)

Spent most of the day in Apple Valley in the big park there. Drinking beer and eating a ton of food. Lighting off fireworks too until the "fireworks police" came by and told us to stop because we were on park property.

The fireworks in AV are by far the best I've ever seen. It was a real show... A lot of variety, and just flowed really well. I recommend it to anyone.

Spent the weekend on my friends cabin cruiser in the St Paul yacht club. Killed lots of brain cells and met a beautiful woman. Was the Grand excursion this weekend and got to see up close the largest river boats in north america. Now if I could just adjust back to being on land.
