You are planning on that t4 turbo in a couple months you will want to go to stock bolt on turbo and after a couple more months you will change your mind for a different turbo set up. You were talking about a ef3 or FP red like a month ago. Now you are back to t4 turbo. Pick something and stick with it.

And once more at the end of winter, middle of spring, beginning of summer, mid summer, and middle of fall. no big deal.

Oh, I almost forgot. I will eventually have to replace the burned out plate light on the Jetta. Eventually. Probably when they both burn out. Maybe not even then.

I would still have my other t4 kit if I wasn't in a money pinch. I have done the research and the EFR is what I am going to go with, very little chance of changing at this point. I was looking at stock frames before as I thought they were the only thing I could get the desired low end out of the car and I found a better way to do that with the 7670.

But hey, if it makes you feel better I will delete my turbo kit from my list.

Calm down Murlo just giving you a hard time. I am just jelly I can't swapping turbo set up after set up. I have hard enough getting my stuff back together when something breaks.

Finish putting the new intake manifold setup on and work out any bugs. Install ID2000's. Finish cleaning up the wiring. Get it tuned. Install front/rear lips, side skirts, and spoiler. Get car painted.

Then hopefully enjoy it for a few years like that.

'94 Colt; fix rust..?

'92 TSi; move. Do body work..sell..?

12 Valve; new tint, front tint visor, paint tail gate, get a decent head unit, better speakers, sub(s), K&N intake (or better), more fuel. :D

Decide if I want to keep it come spring and replace it with something else. Or get a second summer car.

This or ban. :VP2:

No no, just feel like I'd be on the hairy edge with the 1000's, so upgrading to something with a little more breathing room.

Re: Winter mods 2013/2014

Well I do have plans for the race car. I need a motor to last more then 1 season. So to do that I am going to limit my street boost to 40psi and running e98, plus a 75 shot if things go south. Then for track duty I will be going back to c/q16 and no more then a 150 shot, with any luck this will prove to add some reliability to the moon taxi, anything can happen at 8+ awhp per cubic inch. And all I want to do is back up my 9.45 run but now on slicks with a 1.5 60' vs 1.75 on drag radials, Any dang way back to posting Liana up dates.

Get my 2.3 broke in and tuned. Then some new sticky tires for drag/autox and some road course action. Thats really about it. Maybe a JDM rear bumper if all goes well
