I'm planning on going to C&C Sat morning since I don't have anything to race. I still might make it up there Sat afternoon to party and then hang out all day Sunday.

I was hoping to have just a stock datsun by now, but, I still have not gotten rid of all the Evo stuff.

Checked oil in beaterX and tires appear to have air in them--ready for racing! :)

Swapped the medium compound gravel tyres for my Rs-3's. Watch out for a shark on the track Saturday!

Anybody headed up there around the 5-5:30ish time on Friday? Always more fun to caravan.

I know for sure you can get 100 unleaded and 110 leaded at the track, and C16 too I think. I can't remember if they sell E85 or E98 at the track. Across the street from BIR there is also 91, 91 pure gas (no e10), and also E85 around town too. Lot of options.

Whew, almost got sidelined doing a stupid front wheel bearing. Of course it's a press-in, so I had to take off the hub to bring it somewhere it get it pressed. To get the hub off, I destroyed the ball joint and the tie rod end. Then to get the new ball joint pressed in, I needed to take off the lower control arm. After 2 hours of f@#$%^& around, I got it all off and over to the local repair shop. Geez, I did both my wife's front wheel bearings in an hour flat. What a pain in the ass. One of these days I'm going to sell this POS and buy a C7 Vette. :D
