Hi, I just bought a white Eclipse 1G turbo 4x4 and it needs new spark plugs.  This will sound dumb, but where are they and how do I change them?

Ok I took of the cover and I see where the spark plugs go, but how do I get off these cables?  they seem to be stuck and I won't want to electricute myself by ripping them.

dont buy the bosch +4s. i tried them and they were nice and white when i took them out.
