I think you need to give up and sell me the car.

As for your pump. You must have it installed wrong. It seems like it can’t build pressure so it shuts off. Do you have a gauge?

I di go through a car wash too.... is it possible it could have gotten wet or messed up my rewire?

oem regulator could have gone bad.. possibly fuel pump relay... i really think you should just give up and sell me the car..
