Have gas prices rapidly jumped in the past couple of days around the Cities? I heard on the radio Sunday that the refinery in St. Paul had a major equipment failure over the weekend and due to that gas prices were expected to jump $0.20-$0.40 because that refinery supplies 15% of the fuel around the Cities.

Gas prices aren't too extreme yet. Regular unleaded can be had for $1.97.9 to $2.05.9 depending on the area.

Guess what, I bought gas tonight. I would have waited till tomorrow just to piss off those of you believing this little chain letter, but I wanted to make it home from work.

I'm trying to find a vehicle that needs gas tomorrow....if nothing else I'll mount the lawnmower and ride that thing down to the gas station :)

I too bought gas, along with lots and lots of other people in the world...

sorry, i had to do it, gas light came on. But i sure wasn't alone at the gas station.

Still had a 1/2 tank, maybe tomorrow.

We filled up right before KK.

I also dumped 24.xx gallons into the van yesterday. Getting stranded just doesn't sound like fun.

Yeah, can't really get around buying gas driving to Hudson or Stillwater everyday
