x2. Rally-bred Focus is amazing. The SVT Focus felt nice when I drove one at work but it certainly can be beast if it was AWD. It's like getting a Galant GSX without the turbo.

edit: i dont think you are fully understanding. It doesnt just have a transfer case in the middle with two half shafts, it has a full drive shaft going from the transmission to the rear wheels, then a transfer case at the rear diff with a full shaft going to the front wheels.

That's ok. Tom has Fail in his DNA. Tom forgot to tell you he was racing the Focus in reverse.

If you really want to see an ugly Focus, try the NOS Saleen Focus of years ago when they decided it would be a good idea to stop making the SVT. The Saleen had a 5sp and drum rear brakes. It came fully equipped with the NOS setup but it was missing the wiring harness to activate it. You could purchase the wiring harness from a Ford dealer for $400. But by purchasing the harness they would then void your warranty on the spot. We were told this at the autoshow by the salesperson showing the car. My buddy that was working the autoshow with me owned (and was a big enthusiast of) a SVT focus and was asking the guy all kinds of questions about it. It was hilarious!!
