well im using a stock original 91 tranny n not sure if its 22 or 23 spline..can anyone help me out what spline a 91 tranny is?

Due to the fact that the changeover was early 91/late 90, you're best bet is to just count the output shaft spline to the transfer case to be sure.

its a 22 spline count

So you either need to find a 90 t-case (ID'd by either counting the teeth or that 90s were ALL aluminum and 91+ had a cast iron/aluminum case).....

Or you can swap the shaft to fit a 23-spline.

well i found a 91 tranny n needs a 22 spline t case which i found also for $80 for the t-case
