That would be tough running on methanol with a clutchless manual transmission. Not to mention his car isn't registered, doesn't have headlights or tail lights, and doesn't run coolant through the block ;-)

From what I remember your car didn't have headlights until before the "fake" video was released. I am saying it probably could make the drive if needed.

These passes were done on 40psi, so there is still more in it but it looks like we might have to wait for next season :( We drove it home to make a few of the haters eat their words ;)

Or I can tell you that I know a guy that was up there racing their '70 chevelle ss454 convertible and on his way back he was passed by a white evo with green wheels followed by a "white rx7 that was just up there going 8's."

Pretty awesome if you ask me. 8.41 second car driving home like it was an afterthought.

saw you and Brent on Saturday, final round of qualifiers. you made the 8.41 pass on Sunday i assume? if it hadn't been $20/day i probably would have gone on Sunday as well. i got vid of both of you on Saturday so i was happy!

Both passes we made were on Saturday and that got us kicked out so we couldn't run on Sunday :(

He's got a twin disc, that we had to mic and adjust after every pass. And, it does have tail lights, and headlights where the fog's usually go, for the night races in puerto rico. Still, FAR from streetable at all.

Congrates to you guys for a 8 second street driver..I'm jealous.

Video added to the first post. There will be another video with more of the drive home, but its currently 28 minutes long and pretty uneventful so some more editing is going to be needed lol.
